GRAFMETAL graphite conductive paint will make the surfaces painted with it conduct electricity. The product is available in a liquid form and in a spray can.
The primary applications of the paint, are:
Removal of electric charge from housings of electronic devices
Manufacture of paths of medium electrical resistance
Manufacture of antistatic layers
Manufacture of shielding layers
Manufacture of layers that form a substrate for electrolysis on non-conductors
How to use the paint:
Mix the paint before each use. If necessary, dilute it with acetone.
Apply the paint to the object. To obtain low resistance values, apply thick layers or apply many thinner layers.
Resistance: 0.016 Ω⋅m
Yield: about 5-10 dm2 per container
The paint may be used to obtain antistatic coatin in cases of various devices. The thicker the layer, the lower resistivity one can obtain.
The paint may be used for regeneration of graphite contact pads of remote controls.
The paint is characterised by its good flexibility and strong adhesion to many substrates.
The paint can be used for many non-typical applications.
The following pictures show how metallization of a non-conductive object can be carried out using the present graphite paint. A tui branch was used as the object.
We are the paint manufacturer, we can adjust its properties to customer needs.
