GRAFMETAL thermoconductive silicone paste may be applied in every place, where it is necessary to provide good thermal contact between objects exchanging heat, like e.g. CPU or radiator. This offer applies to a 42 g (20 ml) container of thermoconductive paste.
The paste is characterised by very beneficial technical parameters:
Heat conductivity: 1,6 W/mK
Density: 2,1 g/cm3
Temperature range: od -50 do 250°C
The paste was tested in various devices, in which the temperature of the cooled objects always remained low.
To make the paste work properly, it is necessary to apply it in such a way so after pressing the object together there would be no residue air left inbetween.
Air bubbles occluded in thermoconductive pastes pose a major cause of obtaining unsatisfactory results. Grafmetal thermoconductive paste is prepared in a special way allowing for air removal. Moreover, it was tested in dedicated glass measurement setups heated up to 250°C, to verify thermal expansion of the air bubbles.
