Using of universal paste for metal marking with CO2 lasers is very simple:
At first, apply the paste to a metal object, some metals may require cleaning prior to that
Irradiate the paste with laser
Non irradiated paste is wiped off, it is also possible to collect it and use it again
It is necessary to remember to adjust laser power and speed in reference to a type of marked metal. Steels mark the fastest, while metals well conducting heat, like aluminum or copper, should be marked with lower speeds. If we apply to mild parameters, then the past will not cure or it will exhibit poor adhesion to metal surface. These inconveniences can be overcome by adjusting the laser working parameters.
