Description

GRAFMETAL silver based conductive adhesive allows you to repair or create conductive paths. The offer is for a package of 10 g of adhesive (0.35 oz). Main applications of the product:

– Repair of rear window heating

– Repair of conductive paths

– Repair of PCB boards

Manual:

1. Clean thoroughly the place to which the product will be applied

2. Mix the adhesive in the container

3. Apply the adhesive to the desired place and wait for it to dry.

Additional tips:

– Using the masking tape before applying may be helpful

– If the adhesive is applied to vertical surfaces, it is recommended to apply several thinner layers to avoid dripping.

– If the applied layer does not have sufficient conductivity, it is recommended to thicken it.

Yield: up to 40 cm of 3 mm wide path, layer thickness after drying 0.2 mm.

Resistivity determined experimentally:

11 μΩ⋅m (20°C), 5.6 μΩ⋅m (90°C).

Maximum use temperature: 70°C (158°F) continuous, 90°C (194°F) short term.
